Concept:Average |
Technical Skill:Very weak |
Impact/impression:Weak |
Pros:It's a cute idea and the soft focus snow works quite well.
Cons:This is gonna sound very harsh and cruel but very little about this is right...the colours are depressingly dirty and murky...the hat and face unconvincing..and the whole piece lacks observation.
If you are serious about wanting to improve you need to go back to the basics...forget digital art for now and stick with pencil and paper. You need to study hard at all aspects of art...find some good books (the Loomis tutorials here are a good start) and put in some serious work studying anatomy, composition, colour theory...the works. Nose to the grindstone is the ONLY way to improve. Overall opinion/feedback:As your 3rd posting it demonstates your interest and desire to produce art...if it gives you pleasure then I can only applaud it...if you want to improve then: get working now!!!....and I'll look forward to seeing the improvements.
I hope you accept this in the light in which it was given...best of luck! |
